Because our tennis balls are crafted specifically for your celebration (including unique colors, names, and dates), all custom orders are considered Final Sale and cannot be returned or exchanged for change-of-mind.
Exempt from right of withdrawal (Directive 2011/83/EU).
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or contains a production error (e.g., incorrect spelling vs. your order confirmation), we will make it right. We offer a 30-day window from the date of delivery to report any issues.
For verified quality issues, our priority is to provide a complimentary rush-replacement to ensure your celebration is perfect. If a replacement is not feasible, a full refund will be issued.
Take high-resolution photos of the damaged item or the production error. This helps our team verify the claim quickly.
Send your order number and photos to family@fetchfavor.com within 30 days of receiving your package. We'll evaluate your request and respond within 3-5 business days.
Our team will review your request within 24 hours and authorize a replacement or refund as appropriate.
Please note that the following are not considered production errors and do not qualify for replacement:
Orders may be cancelled for a full refund within **2 hours** of placement. Once production has been initiated, we are unable to accept cancellations as materials are permanently customized to your order.
