Fetch Favor specializes in custom pet-themed wedding favors. • Final Sale: Due to their highly personalized nature, custom products are "Made-to-Order" and cannot be returned or cancelled once production has commenced. • Accuracy: You are responsible for ensuring all text, dates, and names provided during the customization process are accurate. • Minor Variations: As products are handcrafted or custom-printed, slight variations in color and placement may occur, adding to the unique character of each favor.

• Currency: All transactions are processed in US Dollars (USD). • Security: Payments are handled through encrypted, industry-standard gateways (Stripe/PayPal). • Duties & Taxes: For international orders, customers are responsible for any destination-country import duties, customs fees, or taxes that may apply upon arrival.

• Our Assets: All site design, text, graphics, and custom-engineered tools are the exclusive property of Fetch Favor. • User Imagery: You retain ownership of any pet photos you upload. By providing them, you grant us a limited license to use the imagery solely for fulfilling your specific order. • Limited License: We grant you a personal, non-exclusive license to use our website for private, non-commercial shopping purposes.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Fetch Favor shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific order in question.

These terms are governed by the laws of our operating jurisdiction. Any disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation, failing which, through binding arbitration or the competent courts of our jurisdiction.
